No! Appointments are not required. You're always welcome to contact us to reserve a time if you have a busy day. We will do our best to accomodate you!

We accept all forms of payment (cash, check, credit card). For special order gowns, we require a 50% deposit.

Everyday Wear

We offer a 15-day return for store credit policy on full-price everyday clothing and accessories. You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return for store credit.

Everyday items include ready-to-wear dresses, shirts, pants, rompers, and shorts.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
• All tags must be attached
• Item must be returned in its original packaging
• You must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase

If your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions. The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your store credit refund.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Formalwear

All formalwear is final sale.
This includes prom dresses, homecoming attire, and any other formalwear.
No returns or exchanges will be accepted for these items.

Special Orders

All special orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
