We accept returns for refund postmarked within 15 days from the date your order was placed. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE, anything sold at a discounted rate is a sale item. Due to hygiene reasons, shapewear, Nudi Boobies, and jewelry are FINAL SALE. Damages must be reported within 48 hours of receiving merchandise or it cannot be returned. ​Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box and placed inside an additional protective shipping box. 

Refunds are issued back to the original method of payment; Original shipping fees are non-refundable. 

• Returns must be received unwashed, unworn and in new condition with the original tags attached. Any returns received with makeup stains, deodorant stains, pet hair, or smoke will be refused and returned to you and are subject to a $10 shipping charge. 

• PLEASE NOTE: Returns cannot be processed or exchanged in the store.
