Return Policy

Everyday Wear

We offer a 15-day return policy on everyday clothing and accessories. You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Everyday items include ready-to-wear dresses, shirts, pants, rompers, and shorts.

To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
All tags must be attached
Item must be returned in its original packaging
You must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase

To initiate a return, please email us at info@sophieseventwear.com.
If your return is approved, we’ll send a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Formalwear

All formalwear is final sale.
This includes prom dresses, homecoming attire, and any other formalwear.
No returns or exchanges will be accepted for these items.

Special Orders

All special orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
